About the event
Overview
The Job Readiness Marlboro Program (JRMP) Volunteer Training equips community members with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to effectively support participants in their journey toward employment and self-sufficiency. Volunteers play an essential role in helping residents strengthen workplace readiness, build life skills, and connect to sustainable career pathways.
This event is designed to ensure that every volunteer—whether assisting with workshops, mentoring participants, or supporting administrative and outreach efforts—understands the mission, structure, and expectations of the JRMP model.
